RV Homebase will undergo some major construction updates in the coming months, with several facilities expanding throughout the Village.
One of the major changes will occur in the Community Centre, where plans are underway to extend the craft room, main community recreation area, as well as the gym facility.

Renovations to the Bowling Green are well underway.
These upgrades will add significant space to the existing Community Centre for events, including Happy Hour and fundraisers, with work expected to be complete mid-year.
Renovations on the bowling green are currently underway, with the slab and poles for a large shade cloth already installed. AstroTurf will be laid at the end of month, with the extension expected to re-open end of February.

In other news, the road network in Stage 9 is now complete, with concrete work beginning at the top access road in the coming months. The road to Stage 9 is accessible to the RV Homebase sales team, who will be able to show interested buyers through the final stages of the development.
New homes continue to be built in Stage 6 and Stage 8, and the first residents officially moved into Stage 8 last week.
RV Homebase General Manager Sam Williams said the construction calendar was well ahead of schedule.
“This is creating a very welcoming environment for residents moving into the stages currently under construction,” he said.
There are also plans for a new green house facility for the horticultural team and an additional Happy Hour Hut to be built this year.

Hi Shane,
Currently we are looking at various locations for a future RV Homebase development, and the Sunshine Coast is one location we are excited and hopeful of gaining council approval to develop.
However, the council process in any location nationwide can be a lengthy exercise, and may take in excess of 12 months before any council conditions are presented to our Development Department for our consideration.
Therefore, there is currently no council application, plans or house designs for the Sunshine Coast, and therefore no approval of any kind has been granted at this stage.
Once we progress with council and our considered locations, (the Sunshine Coast included) over the coming year, we will be better positioned to inform all interested parties of our opportunities.
We appreciate your interest in RV Homebase, and we do have a data base of those who are interested in this development, to be on this data base you will need to register on our website https://www.rvhomebase.com.au and request an information pack about RV Homebase Fraser Coast.
We will keep your information on our data base and provide you with updates as they come to hand.
